Why do we get motivated and energies late at night?

you are alone at night you have enough time to think . in day mind is full of ideas thinking and other stuff  But at night you are just alone nothing is near you , just you and deep alone night , no one there to interrupt you ,you are in your deepest thoughts. you just think you are the best , actually everyone is best in there life . they are just doing work to make there and there families life better, person study. give exams , get jobs ,work for hours , just for making family happy , when you think about yourself and your family you get energies and you get positive energy . at night you thin about your future your family your life and your loved ones ❣️ that's great this gives a positive energy and you get motivated and highly energetic.
